greek restaurants brisbane

The rich culture and tradition of the Greeks fascinates us every time we read many of their stories of heroism and patriotism. They have influenced much of western culture through literature, social norms, and political structure. In addition, Greeks also shared their rich delicious culinary history to satisfy our palettes through many of their traditional home-style recipes.

Redmako did a search for some of the very notable Greek restaurants all over Queensland, and here are some of what they found:

Athenia Restaurant and Bar

Mr. Majid Pourbozorgi, owner, chef and proprietor has brought his authentic Greek Cuisine to Gold Coasts Emerald Lakes.  This internationally acclaimed Greek Restaurant has a magnificent location overlooking the panoramic scenery of Emerald Lakes.

Greek on Cav

Greek on Cav in Coorparoo, Brisbane, expertly combines authentic Greek fare from Lesvos with local Australian cuisine and produce.

Lefkas Taverna

Mr. John Theoharis, inspired by a memory in Greece, shares this wonderful dining experience with everyone through Lefkas Taverna.

The Greek Club

Their tagline says, “You don’t have to be Greek to join our family.”

The Greek Club offers plenty of dining options for different occasions and gatherings ranging from weddings, and family gatherings, to corporate and other social functions.

The name itself will make you imagine yourself dining in the Mediterranean. Hellenika’s simple home-style dishes and its cosy Greece-inspired ambience, absolutely takes our tastebuds to the unforgettable recipes of the Aegean isles!
